Fund for Women Invites Applications for Delaware Programs
The Fund for Women, a component fund of the Delaware Community Foundation, invests and advocates to empower women and girls in Delaware to achieve their potential. The fund focuses its grantmaking on programs that make a difference in the lives of girls and women in the state.
To advance this mission, the fund is inviting applications for grants of up to $15,000 from nonprofit organizations for health, wellness, and/or life skills programs that lead to economic self-sufficiency for girls and women in the state. FFW does not fund individuals, capital campaigns, or endowments.
To be eligible, applicants must be considered tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and operate programs serving women and girls in Delaware.
Organizations that have received FFW grants for three consecutive years are asked to wait a year before applying again.
See the FFW website for complete program guidelines and application instructions.
Deadline: January 30, 2018
