DEI & Workforce Mentoring Summit – Nov 10
Posted by MENTOR Independence Region on November 2, 2021
Organizations are much better at hiring a diverse workforce than they are in retaining them. It’s a business imperative to create a work environment that fosters inclusion and belonging.
Paramount to inclusion and belonging are the formal and informal relationships that diverse employees access to on-board, grow professionally, and access a path for advancement.
Join DEI Leaders from across the region as they share insight on the Mentors, Sponsors and Managers that made a difference in their careers, explore innovative ways to hold organizations and people accountable to DEI goals, and empower future leaders to bring our organizations to the next level.
Date and Time: Wednesday, November 10, 2021, 2:00–6:00 PM
Location: Subaru of America, One Subaru Drive, Camden, NJ 08103
