Dedication and Launch for Parkway NW, Philadelphia’s only public school for peace.
Program to include:
* Poetry by Sonia Sanchez
* Music by Tribe One
* presentations by community activists working against violence (including Bilal Qayyum of Men United for a Better Philadelphia, Dorothy Johnson of Mothers United and Celeste Zappala of Military Families Against the War)
* participation of school and community stakeholders
