Even the best facilitators get stuck sometimes. There’s a participant who won’t get off their cell phone, there’s a participant who wants to be in charge, there’s a participant who refuses to talk. What do we do as facilitators, educators, group leaders? This workshop will give new and seasoned facilitators an opportunity to explore the participant behaviors they find the most difficult to handle. Attendees will have a chance to practice strategies and skills for handling these behaviors.
Advance registration deadline: February 19
** 2 hours of CEUs are available for social workers who attend this gathering. Those who wish to receive CEUs must register in advance.
