De-Escalation Training: The Broad Street Ministry Approach – Jan 29
Posted by Broad Street Ministry on January 26, 2021
Broad Street Ministry employs trauma aware de-escalation tactics to reduce anxiety and prevent the escalation of conflict amongst the guests. On top of employing De-escalation Specialists, whose job is to help mitigate crises, we regularly offer de-escalation refreshers to our entire staff and trainings to partner agencies interested in our practices.
We are opening up this training to the public for those curious in learning our approach.
Date and Time: Friday, January 29, 2021, 9:30-11:00 AM
