Day of Interfaith of Service for Teens
The Interfaith Center of Greater Philadelphia is sponsoring its 4th Annual Day of Service on April 26, 1:30 – 6:00 PM at the Cobbs Creek Community Environmental Education Center, at 63rd and Catherine Streets (700 Cobbs Creek Parkway). This is a great way for teens and their mentors to get a taste of interfaith service – learning. 200 teens of diverse religious and cultural traditions will work together to plant native trees and plants, clear invasive vines, clean out the stream, and clear trash from the creek.
Register for the Day of Interfaith Service, April 26, 2009
