Save the date for a reception and talk by David Korten on November 5 at the Arch Street Friends’ Meeting house (at 5th and Arch St.) at 7pm.

David Korten has an MBA and PhD from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, has served on the faculty at Harvard, and has spent many years in Asia on assignment from the Ford Foundation and the US Agency for International Development. He is the author of When Corporations Rule the World, president of the People-Centered Development Forum, and board chair of Positive Futures Network, publisher of YES! Magazine. He is also on the board of BALLE (Business Alliance for Local Living Economies), of which SBN is a founding member.
