Pennsylvania Voice seeks a talented strategist to join our expanded Civic Engagement department as Data Manager.

Among other responsibilities, the Data Manager:
- Administers the VAN for PA Voice partners.
- Providers partner organizations data tools training and support.
- Assists partner organizations in building year-round voter registration, get out the vote, and issue organizing campaigns in people of color communities.
- Provides demographic analysis and program evaluations to inform the collective plan to build political power for Black and Brown Pennsylvanians.
The Data Manager is part of our newly expanded Civic Engagement department, led by our recently promoted, former data manger. The Data Manager gets to play an exciting role in the 2020 Census field program and presidential election AND also the opportunity to build long-term power in communities of color, beyond any one election cycle.
