Data-Entry Assistant for the City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program
Job Description:
• Collect Mural Arts Program (MAP) instructor applications, student applications, and attendance information from each program’s staff.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Follow up with Associate Director of Art Education and program staff if any documents are missing, incomplete, or inaccurate.
• Enter data from instructor applications, student applications, and attendance sheets into database.
• Maintain hard copies of monthly and session based student attendance.
Work Schedule:
Flexible: Monday – Friday during normal business hours for a total 20 hours per week.
Starts ASAP through June 2010
Pay Rate: $10/hour
Qualifications:
• Excellent typing skills
• Computer savvy
• Highly organized
• High level of attention to detail
• Flexibility & Ability to adapt
• Remain sensitive to confidential information
