SUMMARY: Data Specialist
The Data Coordinator is an exempt, Central Office position under the direct supervision of the Data Manager in the Corporate Services Division. This position ensures that CISP is able to collect, retain, and report specialized data in a timely and accurate manner.
The central responsibility of the Data Coordinator is to ensure that the processes and protocols related to data collection and input for each program are implemented with fidelity and that quality assurance is performed in accordance with program needs and Service Level Agreements.
This job requires acute attention to detail, excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The Data Coordinator must be able to accurately assess data needs, aid the development of processes/protocols, determine program eligibility, verify the accuracy of data, record and process revision/corrections, and trouble-shoot potential issues.
The Data Coordinator will help develop and perform data processing trainings for internal and external customers and provide help desk support for program staff.
Qualifications:
A 4-year college degree from an accredited college or university
• Other data collection and reporting related business and/or technical certification or experience
