Professional association seeks energetic whiz at customer support and sales to join our Member Services team. This position shares responsibility as point of contact for all member and customer inquiries, order processing and fulfillment, office reception, and event set up. Superb phone and office skills are a must, as is firm grasp of basic math and business writing, and a minimum of 1 year office experience. This is an entry level position. A qualified candidate for the job should have the following skills and qualities: strong organizational abilities; comfortable both as a team player and working independently; personable and articulate; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel would be a plus); experience working with a database. Some light travel and early morning work. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
