CTE Office Coordinator, Temple University

The Center for Professional Development in Career and Technical Education in the College of Education and Human Development is a grant-funded program charged with delivering field-based teacher education programming in a specialized setting. The full-time Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing overall support to all aspects of the Center including but not limited to the essential functions cited below as well as assisting with all financial transactions and reporting. The coordinator will provide administrative logistical support for staff meetings, Professional Development workshops, administrative support to the Occupational Competency Assessment (OCA) process, and all CTE certification/Business Computer & Information Technology Education (BCITE)/Marketing program, seminars and new teacher’s orientation. The incumbent will also perform other duties associated with student file management, audit preparation and compiling documentation as needed. This position will also assist in event planning and meeting coordination including test applications and proctoring, recruitment, engagement and payments, registration, and room reservations. Performs other duties as assigned.  The position will report directly to the Assistant Director of CTE Budget and Operations.

This position is grant funded and is 100% in person.
