W. Penn foundation assesses city’s ‘creative vitality’
A new report released by the William Penn Foundation, Creative Vitality in Philadelphia, examines the city’s 2006-08 Creative Vitality Index, including the economic role for-profit arts and creative businesses play, the relationship between the for- and nonprofit creative sectors, and their impact on the community. The report also includes artist profiles.
