Workshops help parents with MH issues and their kids
Child and Family Connections is offering a series of free interactive workshops, Creative Expressions About Mental Health, for parents with a mental health condition and their child that educate, strengthen family bonds, build trust, teach coping skills, and facilitate parent-child communication about mental health through the use of movies, art, education, music, and other activities.
The workshops meet every Thursday from 6-8:15pm through June 9th at 15th and Race Streets in Philadelphia. Dinner, snacks and tokens are provided.
