Parents and Caregivers as Partners: Creating Effective Communication Between Home and School
November 14th, 9:00am – 3:00pm
Hosted by Justine Haemmerli
As educators, we know that parents and caregivers are essential partners in helping our students excel at school. However, getting them involved in our classroom life can often be difficult, frustrating, confusing, or overwhelming, especially at the beginning of the school year. This workshop explores ways to create, as well as maintain, meaningful partnerships with the adults in our students’ lives that are sustainable for busy educators.
Recommended for educators and administrators of students in grades K-12.
This is a Full-Day Workshop from 9am-3:30pm, providing 15 Act 48 Hours.
$85.00 Regular Full-Day Workshop Fee
$60.00 First-time Participant Full-Day Workshop Fee
