Creating a Culture of Change: A Panel Discussion on Diversifying Boards – Jun 11
Posted by Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia on June 8, 2021
We know that board composition matters to the success of our organizations, but effectively building a diverse board requires more than just thinking about who serves; it’s about creating a culture of change that prioritizes inclusion and embraces new modes of leadership and governance.
Join this session as we take a deeper dive into why board diversity is so important to your organization’s mission and what is needed for an evolving board and its new members to be successful. A panel of foundation trustees who are having these conversations with their boards will share their first-hand experience with what this process looks like from the inside and what they’re learning along the way.
Date and Time: Friday, June 11, 2021, 12:00 – 1:00 PM
