COVID-19 Unemployment Guidance for PA
Posted by PA Office of Unemployment Compensation on March 24, 2020
Pennsylvania has published Information for Pennsylvania Employees Impacted by COVID-19. Generally, employees are eligible for unemployment if the employer closes, hours are reduced, employees have been told not to work for fear of spreading the virus, or employees are told to self-quarantine. Employees can apply for benefits online and take advantage of an interactive form completion tool here (Note: This particular link for the completion tool is best accessible in Google Chrome).
Student workers who are unable to work due to modified operations on campus may also be eligible to receive benefits.
