COVID-19 Arts Aid PHL Relief Fund
Posted by Vision Driven Consulting on April 14, 2020
The COVID-19 Arts Aid PHL application for individual artists and small arts and culture organizations (with budgets of up to $250K) opened on Monday, April 13 at 1 p.m. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, subject to available funds.
This funding will provide up to $500 for working artists and up to $1,000 for small arts and culture organizations in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. Its focus will be on Greater Philadelphia cultural organizations with budgets of $250,000 or less and working artists for whom support is urgent and vital to their survival. While initial funding is limited, grants will be made on a rolling basis as additional funding is received.
Potential applicants should review the application guidelines prior to applying. The application form will open today at 1 p.m. via Submittable, our online application system.
This program launches with major support from the Barra Foundation, Connelly Foundation, Lenfest Foundation and Victory Foundation as well as seed funding from the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance, the Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy, and the Philadelphia Cultural Fund.
Please help us spread the word by forwarding this to artists and small organizations you work with.
Applicants may only submit one request to COVID-19 Arts Aid PHL, but may apply for support through any other relief funding available – a list of available resources and funding sources are available at creativephl.org/opportunities and philaculture.org/coronavirus. Applications for mid-size organizations (budgets between $250,000 and $15 million) will be announced at a later time. For more information about the COVID-19 Arts Aid PHL fund, visit artsaidphl.org.
