COVID-19 and Legal Considerations for Campuses
Posted by American Association of Colleges and Universities on May 26, 2020
The coronavirus pandemic has created a host of legal issues and concerns for campus leaders and administrators as campuses have contended with student departures, programmatic closures, the movement to remote learning, and other consequences. This webinar brings together campus presidents and legal experts to discuss a range of pressing legal matters facing higher education institutions. Moderated by AAC&U president, Lynn Pasquerella, panelists will engage in a virtual round table discussion of what they are seeing, how they are responding, and considerations for campus action.
