Although this resource guide was created by Juvenile Law Center as a resource for older youth and young adults in Pennsylvania who are aging out of the foster care system, it provides county specific resources for all families. Find information in your county around Housing; Employment & Vocation; Educational Support and Post Secondary Education; Health and Behavioral Health Services; Domestic Violence Services; Advocacy and Legal Services; Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Youth Resources; Disability Rights and Special Needs Resources; Child Care and Parenting Resources; Food, Clothing, and Financial Resources; and Emergency Numbers.”
