Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Delaware Valley – Counseling Director

CCCSDV is seeking a Counseling Director.  The position is responsible for the daily management of all counseling activities in the main and branch offices including departmental management, staff management and staff development.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years management experience in a credit/collections or finance position with a proven track record of motivating staff and building strong teams.

The ability to think strategically, make timely and quality decisions, create well developed plans and take action to implement same is also vital. Other qualifications include strong financial and analytical skills; excellent organizational and project management skills; and advanced PC and Microsoft Windows/Office skills.

The candidate must also be willing to work a flexible schedule to represent the agency at local and regional meetings and events.
