Cortico on Campus: Funded Opportunity for Student-Led Dialogue Projects
Posted by Cortico on February 4, 2025
Cortico on Campus is a new exciting initiative for students interested in amplifying their peers’ voices and fostering meaningful dialogue on college campuses nationwide. Please share this opportunity with students in your network who might be interested! You can read more about the opportunity here, and also see below for key program components:
Through Cortico on Campus, selected student groups will be funded to:
- Create voice medleys, conversation maps, and other innovative outputs addressing important topics on campus and highlighting the perspectives of their peers
- Lead small-group conversations with fellow students focused on personal experiences, not just opinions
- Prototype & shape new digital tools for conversation curation and analysis
- And get hands-on training in active listening, facilitation, and community organizing
For more context, Cortico is a nonprofit organization dedicated to harnessing the power of recorded, small-group dialogue to facilitate, analyze, and share patterns across conversations, and we do this work in collaboration with the MIT Center for Constructive Communication.
