Corporation and Foundation Relations Officer

Mazzoni Center is looking for an energetic self starter to fill a full time position as corporation and foundation relations officer.

This position’s role is to identify, coordinate, manage, and acquire additional funding and reporting from private, corporate, and independent entities to increase revenue for the organization. The Corporation and Foundation Relations Officer will cultivate relationships with grantmakers and corporate leaders and implement the application process for support.

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of fundraising and proposal writing required; Master’s Degree preferred. Computer literacy in Windows, MS Word, and Excel; Knowledge of Salesforce preferred; experience with creating reports and analyses with databases required; Experience with web-based applications and social media applications required.

Skills:

Strength in producing original grant proposals and solicitation packages; Experience in research, evaluating, and developing strategies to pursue foundation, corporate, and government funding sources;

Commitment to work in a diverse environment and support Mazzoni Center’s mission and the LGBT, low-income, and HIV/AIDS communities served by the organization
