Cornell Plans to Expand Off-Campus Engagement
Through an initiative announced earlier this month, Cornell University plans to transform its curriculum to make real-world experiences like these a defining aspect of the undergraduate experience. Backed by $50 million from the Einhorn Family Charitable Trust, which university officials intend to augment with $100 million from other philanthropies, the program will be called Engaged Cornell.
