Convene PA: A Gathering for the Common Good – Nov 10
Posted by PA Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO) on October 13, 2026
Every nonprofit leader knows what it’s like to get stuck running a meeting where everyone shows up already frustrated, the conversation slides into who’s to blame, and people leave more worn down than when they walked in. What if you could build the skills to change what happens in that room?
This gathering will both teach you how to run meetings that leave people feeling energized instead of drained, and invite you to envision the future for Pennsylvania’s nonprofits. Here’s how the day will look:
- In the morning, we’ll have a facilitated conversation about the future of PA’s nonprofits – the same conversation nonprofits across the country are having as part of the National Council of Nonprofits’ Transformation 2035 effort.
- In the afternoon, we’ll “pull back the curtain” – sharing how the room was run, walking through the questions that made the morning discussion work, then taking time to practice using them yourself.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Monday, November 9, 12:00 PM
Date and Time: Tuesday, November 10, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: PANO Office, WITF Building, 4801 Lindle Road, Harrisburg, PA
