Under the supervision of the Vice President of Administration the Controller is responsible to direct and oversee the accounting and financial activities of a growing $23+ million organization. BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Accounting, Business or other related field of study. MBA preferred. 5+ years general accounting experience in a leadership role; 3+ years of Supervisory experience; Prior experience managing financial systems in a complex organization; Strong communication skills, High proficiency in Excel; Knowledge of GAAP, Great Plains and OMB-133 single audit and funding source requirements. Non-profit sector experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
