Contract Analyst, Congreso de Latinos Unidos

Congreso de Latinos Unidos is seeking a full-time contract analyst for their fiscal team. This position is responsible for reviewing grants and contracts, analyzing and updating expense schedules, invoicing and ensuring contractual compliance with funders. In addition, this role assists program staff with budget preparation relating to cost reimbursement contracts as well as performance-based reports. Finally, this position invoices for special events, such as our annual gala and golf tournament. As a member of the fiscal team, this role will also provide backup to other members of the team when needed.
Required Experience:
- We are seeking someone with approximately three years of experience in accounts receivable or in a business setting. We also require the ability to make journal entries, work in excel and utilize the financial management system. In addition, this role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Required Education:
- A High School Diploma or GED is required, and an Associates in Accounting or Bachelors degree is preferred.
