Foundations, Inc. is seeking a Content Development Specialist to create, write, and refine high-quality materials that support professional learning and technical assistance for educators and out-of-school-time (OST) programs. The specialist will collaborate across multiple projects, developing presentations, toolkits, and other learning resources that are polished, accessible, and engaging. This hybrid position is ideal for an educator or instructional designer with strong writing, editing, and design skills who is passionate about improving educational opportunities for students.
What You Will Do
- Develop and write presentations, facilitator guides, handouts, and other professional learning resources in collaboration with project teams.
- Draft, edit, and refine written materials such as toolkits, reports, templates, and implementation guides for capacity building.
- Translate complex ideas and program goals into clear, compelling, and accessible written content.
- Support digital content needs for websites, webinars, and online platforms.
- Work across multiple projects, partnering with Education Specialists and leadership to meet content and writing needs.
