Connecting with Climate Stories this Earth Day – Apr 22
Posted by Pulitzer Center on April 7, 2026
As we welcome April, we also welcome Earth Month and get ready to celebrate Earth Day on April 22.
First celebrated in 1970, Earth Day is an opportunity to illuminate climate issues and highlight the changemakers who are taking action to protect our planet.
To support conversations about environmental issues and our changing climate in your classroom, this week we are sharing stories about communities most impacted by these issues, and how people are resisting and building solutions.
