Turning the TIDE offers Confidential Rapid HIV Testing every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10AM to 4PM. Appointments available; walk-ins accepted. We are located 425 S. 61st Street, 2nd Floor, Philadelphia PA 19143, 215.472.8268.
Turning the TIDE is a Community Technology Center located in the Cobbs Creek section of Philadelphia, PA.
Turning the TIDE stands for Technology and Information Delivered for Empowerment. The name refers to our mission of empowering residents of Philadelphia through the delivery of technology programs, workforce delivery services and social impact projects. Turning the TIDE is an outreach ministry of Taylor Tabernacle.
