Computer Classes

Turning the TIDE, an outreach ministry of Taylor Tabernacle opening registration for Spring 2012 Computer Classes!
During this course, participants will learn how to access and use a personal computer (PC), along with computer programs such Microsoft Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point. Additionally, students will learn how to navigate the Internet, including email and social networks set up.
Classes are offered on Tuesday evenings from 5pm to 7pm and Saturday mornings 10am to 12pm. The course runs for 4 weeks and there is a one-time registration fee of $10.
Tuesday evening classes begin April 3rd, 2012; Saturday morning classes begin April 14, 2012.

Turning the TIDE is a community technology center located in the Cobbs Creek section of Philadelphia, PA. Turning the TIDE stands for Technology and Information Delivered for Empowerment. The name refers to our mission of empowering residents of Philadelphia through the delivery of technology programs, workforce delivery services and social impact projects.
