Casa Farnese seeks computer class volunteers
Casa Farnese opened in 1966 at the first affordable senior citizens housing complex in Philadelphia. It offers a one hour (6pm-7pm) computer class each week to teach its residents the basics of email, typing, and internet usage so they can become more confident in their use of technology.
The group is in need of one or two Volunteer Leaders to help manage this project. Volunteer Leaders would manage the project, volunteer sign-ups and follow-up to help to ensure that every volunteer and senior has a positive experience.
If interested, call Lauren North at 215-735-3858 or email lnorth@casafarnese.prd.net.
