For college access practitioners and those assisting students with college financial aid applications: an in-depth look at supporting families who are not easily categorized with the FAFSA and financial aid applications. Specifically, presenters and financial aid experts will discuss issues impacting immigrant and refugee youth, undocumented youth and mixed status families, unhoused youth, and youth in the foster care system. The day will end with a panel of financial aid officers discussing their takes on the issues discussed throughout the day. Bring your own examples and questions.
