Community Tree Planting
Posted by on October 21, 2005
A week from Saturday will be this fall’s big fun tree planting on
*Saturday, October 29*.
The most fabulous cadre of community volunteers (that’s you!) will be planting 100 trees in the West Powelton area along Powelton Avenue between 38th & 43rd Streets, and the surrounding blocks.
It’s sure to be a fun time! The planting is rain or shine so plan to come on out and join your neighbors and other great people who enjoy getting together to do good things for the environment and the community.
More details can be found on this flyer:

Because one day of tree planting is never enough, we will also plant 10 trees around Cedar Park the very next day on Sunday, October 30. We’ll meet at 50th & Baltimore at 1pm.
