Make the city-farm connection at Just Food’s CSA in NYC Conference
Join Just Food on Saturday, March 5, 2011 for our 11th annual CSA in NYC Conference. The Just Food CSA in NYC Conference is an opportunity for the general public and CSA members from the city and surrounding areas to come together with local farmers for a day of skill building and policy workshops ranging from CSA trends and management to food policy and food justice topics. Our keynote speaker this year will be Jean-Paul Courtens of Roxbury Farm- New York City’s first CSA farmer. The conference will also include a farmer Q&A panel and an expo and reception, featuring local purveyors of food and drinks.
