Job Description
The Community School Case Manager Supervisor in collaboration with the Director of Truancy Services, is responsible for spearheading GPCA’s mission, values, and commitment through their team. The CSCM Supervisor is a pivotal role, responsible for overseeing a team of three Community School Case Managers in both prevention and intervention efforts to support the students and families of the Community School. This position involves providing clinical supervision to team members to promote the delivery of consistent, supportive, and effective quality services. The CSCM Supervisor will be required to have on-site work hours at assigned school and GPCA site; to actively engage in developing and maintaining partnerships within the school, student and families, and establish collaborative relationships within GPCA to improve student attendance and family stability. Master’s degree in social work or related field required, bilingual Spanish/English language preferred.
Salary Range: $60,000-65,000
