The JEVS Networks are a cluster of people with disabilities who live in close proximity to each other and are connected through social and learning environments. They receive supports from JEVS to promote their independence and well-being. The qualified candidate will provide for the overall structure and administrative support of the JEVS networks. Also, develop and maintain policies & procedures. Challenge processes to assure continued growth and change readiness. In addition, form teams of staff and identify & incorporate JEVS knowledge to support member success.
Job Requirements:
Master’s degree in human services field preferred; combination of Bachelor’s degree and practical experience working with individuals with disabilities is acceptable. Must be able to develop tools and create teams. Able to develop creative approaches. Willingness to provide direct support as needed.
