The Community Living Program: Administration on Aging

Under this Announcement, the Administration on Aging will award Cooperative Agreements to assist State Units on Aging (SUA) to strengthen the capacity of the Aging Network to help individuals who are not eligible for Medicaid but at imminent risk of nursing home placement and spend-down to remain at home and in the community and have access to flexible, consumer-directed services.
