We are currently recruiting for our next cohort of Drexel’s Community Health Worker/Certified Peer Specialist Training Academy.
Become a certified specialist in nine weeks with real experience through a paid two-month internship (and a free Chromebook).
We are looking for participants who:
- are between the ages of 18 and 24
- have a high school diploma or GED
- live in Philadelphia
- are not currently enrolled in school (this semester)
- have some lived experience with violence, trauma, mental health or substance abuse that they are willing to share to help others.
