Community Health Worker Peer Training Academy (Paid Internship), Drexel University – Feb 12

We are currently recruiting for our next cohort of Drexel’s Community Health Worker/Certified Peer Specialist Training Academy.

Become a certified specialist in nine weeks with real experience through a paid two-month internship (and a free Chromebook).

We are looking for participants who:

  • are between the ages of 18 and 24
  • have a high school diploma or GED
  • live in Philadelphia
  • are not currently enrolled in school (this semester)
  • have some lived experience with violence, trauma, mental health or substance abuse that they are willing to share to help others.
