Provident Bank Foundation Accepting Application for Community Health Projects

To be eligible, organizations must be recognized as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and serve communities in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania.

LOIs should be returned no later than August 18, 2016. Upon Review selected applicants will be invited to submit complete applications, which must be returned by October 1, 2016.
