Adults, Young Adults, Teens, Kids, Senior Citizens, Veterans – Register for your FREE health examination and reserve your appointment.

OVERVIEW OF COMMUNITY HEALTH DAY EVENT
There will be a general healthcare information session to kick-off the Community Health Day, followed by the following FREE health examinations:
- Vision Exam
- Blood Glucose Test
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Blood Pressure Screening
- Clinical Breast Examination
- Height & Weight Assessment
- One-on-One consult with a Medical Doctor
