Community Development Corporation Project Manager
B.A. required, 3 years planning and or community/ real estate development required. M.A. Planning strongly preferred. Proposal writing, creating development budgets for projects, managing relationship w/ funder/ contractors/ architects and managing development process as well as contract compliance. Sensitivity to and ability to work with local community members required. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package provided. Target hiring salary range high $30k.
