About the role

The communications manager will contribute to Campus Compact communications strategy with the goal of increasing engagement in Campus Compact programs, initiatives, resources, and events. The communications manager will be a vital part of Campus Compact’s communications team and will be responsible for managing their own portfolio of communications projects and contributing to organization-wide communications strategy. The manager will report to the director of communications and work closely with staff, including the digital communications coordinator, and leadership throughout the organization to support our programming by (1) crafting integrated marketing campaigns to highlight our programs, initiatives, resources, and events and (2) analyzing marketing data to inform our programming and improve communications effectiveness. Campus Compact is headquartered in Boston, MA with a national, geographically distributed staff. This position is fully remote.
