Communications Director, SLSV

The Students Learn Students Vote (SLSV) Coalition is looking to expand our already awesome team by hiring an experienced Communications Director!

The full-time Communications Director will report directly to the SLSV Director, and in collaboration with the SLSV Director, will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic communications to advance the SLSV Coalition’s mission, elevate our partners, broaden our reach, and strengthen the Coalition’s collective impact. This is a new position with the SLSV Coalition and offers the opportunity to further establish and refine the Coalition’s internal and external communications strategy.

National communications and press experience is a plus, as is prior experience in student voting organizing and higher education. The preferred location for this position is in Washington, D.C.; however, the entire SLSV team is currently working remotely due to COVID-19.
