Neighborhood Land Power Project’s (NLPP) mission is to build a neighborhood-rooted food and land system through community leadership development and land-based strategies in West Philadelphia.
NLPP is hiring a full-time Communications and Development Director. The Communications & Development Director is responsible for developing narrative strategies that will grow our resources and support our base-building and movement-building activities. This role will oversee strategic communications, grant writing and management, donor development and relationship management in alignment with NLPP’s mission and priorities.
