Event Description:
Revival of commercial corridors can be more effective through a mixed-use strategy that includes housing and other non-residential uses. The discussion will focus on how commercial corridors have capitalized on their ethnic and cultural diversity, proximity to transportation, and availability of affordable housing to create destinations that attract businesses, residents, and visitors.
