The “Color of Food” Maps Out the Food System by Race, Gender, and Class
The Applied Research Center released “The Color of Food,” a report that demonstrates racial and gender inequality of workers across the food supply chain, from production, processing, and distribution, to the retail and service sectors. The Color of Food sheds light on justice issues faced by the food supply work force from seed to plate. To view the full report, click here.
