College Transition Coach (part-time), Saint Joseph’s University

The Office of Learning Resources at Saint Joseph’s University is hiring for the Fall 2025 semester as they expand their College Transition Coaching program. The office is seeking a part-time College Transition Coach for approximately 20 hours weekly at $40/hr. Coaches create a standing weekly schedule anytime between 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays. The position is Master’s preferred, but not required.
This in-person position entails working one-on-one with a set group of first year students as they navigate the transition to college. Collaboratively, the coach and student design an individualized plan to help the student get and stay organized, manage their time and assignments, and navigate the social and personal transition successfully.
