College Prep Workshop and Resource Fair
Location: Philadelphia High School for Girls, 1400 W. Olney Avenue • Time: 5:30pm-8:00pm
PhillyGoes2College wants to reach students prior to the start of high school to give them an early start to charting plans for reaching their life goals. Targeting middle school students and their families, this workshop will provide information on high school and college expectations and offer financial strategies that will make college more affordable. Representatives from the school district, area colleges and college prep programs will share their insights on the college going process for today’s students. The Philadelphia College Prep Roundtable, the Pennsylvania Association of Admission Counseling and the School District of Philadelphia are co-sponsors of this event.
