College Prep Services at West Philadelphia Library

West Phila. library offers free college prep services
The Lucien E. Blackwell Regional Library at 125 S. 52nd Street in West Philadelphia is offering a college preparatory services and coaching for teenagers thinking about college on Saturdays from 1-4pm.
The program will help teens prepare for the SAT, choose colleges, complete their college applications, and find scholarships and loans.
